Job Description

We are looking for an Aerospace Engineer to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace design and development, with the ability to work collaboratively on exciting projects that push the boundaries of technology. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing aerospace systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and certify new aerospace systems and components.
• Lead project teams in achieving engineering goals and milestones.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities for aerospace materials and components.
• Assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers in aerospace principles.
• Document findings and present results in engineering meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

• 8+ years within the aerospace industry
