Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or similar field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping tools

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Accessibility (WCAG): Knowledge of designing for accessibility standards.
• Experience with Animation in UX: Familiarity with motion design principles.
