Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies and manage project execution.
• Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones and outcomes.
• Lead team meetings and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
• Liaise with clients to meet their project requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of project quality and integrity.
• Assess project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Supervise project team performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Agile Project Manager

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience managing remote teams: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating remote project teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing projects: Experience managing projects in the digital marketing space would be a plus.
