This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to inspire project teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports.
• Lead project meetings to discuss performance and strategise improvements.
• Support team members in their professional development and growth.
• Analyse project performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to timelines by closely monitoring project schedules.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving within project teams.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and report on project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience leading projects

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
