Job Description

As an Accountant at our Johannesburg location, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This position requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily financial transactions and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
• Provide support in financial analysis and advice to management.
• Monitor cash flow and manage investment activities.
• Prepare annual financial reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
