UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to enhance our creative team at Creative Solutions Ltd. Based in Cape Town, you will manage the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring user needs are met through aesthetically pleasing and functional design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Participate in user-centered design processes that involve feedback and iterations.
• Create user personas and journey maps to visualize user processes.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create comprehensive UX solutions.
• Document design processes and notation to ensure easy reference and adaptability.
• Help mentor junior UX team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Research competitor designs and industry standards to innovate user experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
