We are looking for dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment that blends materials for our ceramic production process. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities

• Control the batching process by measuring raw materials accurately.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize blending processes.
• Document production and machine settings for compliance standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training related to machinery operation is an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating industrial machinery.
