Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within HR and with other departments.
  • Advise management on employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain top talent.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand employee turnover dynamics.
  • Support initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
