Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced jewelry design software for creating pearl prototypes.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of pearl products while maintaining quality.
• Train new staff members in pearl crafting techniques.
• Support the Lead Artisan in project planning and execution.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but previous relevant experience is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is highly regarded.

Languages
