Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting furnishings, decor, and color schemes that align with their vision.
• Review and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and logistical elements.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs.
• Engage in client meetings to understand needs and expectations.
• Develop project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Evaluate design solutions for functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• Space planning
• Sustainable design practices

Soft Skills

• Client relations
• Flexibility

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
