We are seeking a motivated Cashier Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town. • Direct cashier team in delivering outstanding service to customers.
• Monitor cash register activity to prevent discrepancies.
• Facilitate training programs for new and existing staff.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and respect among cashiers.
• Participate in stock audits and inventory management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Engage in regular performance reviews to motivate staff.
• Manage shifts and ensure adequate coverage at the cash desk.

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Retail Management preferred
• Customer Service Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Cash Handling Strong skills in managing cash transactions with accuracy.
• Team Leadership Experienced in leading and motivating teams effectively.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem-solving Highly skilled in resolving conflicts and issues.
• Time Management Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with retail software systems: Familiarity with various POS and inventory management software systems.
• Knowledge of customer loyalty programs: Experience in managing customer loyalty initiatives could be advantageous.
