Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our East London team. This role entails providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hardware and software, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software systems.
• Provide end-user training on equipment and software.
• Document IT processes and maintain a knowledge base.
• Work with external vendors for repairs and technical support.
• Perform system backups and ensure data security.
• Assist in network management and security protocols.
• Ensure software licenses are up to date and compliant.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
