Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for production lines.
• Collaborate with product development teams to enhance product formulations.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Prepare technical reports and document findings.
• Participate in quality assurance and control initiatives.
• Train junior engineers and technicians on chemical safety and procedures.
• Manage and oversee large-scale production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical engineering or a related field
