Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our Pretoria team. This role involves assessing and fortifying our clients' security posture against cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and incident response strategies. You'll work closely with clients to analyze vulnerabilities, recommend security measures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create detailed reports for clients on security posture and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Support clients in understanding their legal and compliance obligations.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises and security drills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field
• Master's degree would be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or IT security roles
