Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Forensic Auditor to join our Johannesburg team. The successful applicant will investigate financial discrepancies, evaluate evidence, and provide recommendations to enhance compliance and governance. A strong analytical mind and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations into financial and operational misconduct.
• Compile and present detailed audit findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to assess operational effectiveness.
• Work with IT to develop and implement data analytics strategies.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to fraud and compliance.
• Document procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or related qualification is an advantage

Experience

• Over 4 years of experience in forensic audits or compliance audits

Languages
