Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Studio, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience and interface of various digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate client requirements into creative, user-friendly designs that captivate and engage users. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a keen understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions.
• Analyze competitor designs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging visual content.
• Develop design specifications for developers and ensure successful implementation.
• Assist in the development of new design methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or equivalent experience
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools
• HTML/CSS

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design principles: Understanding of animation and transitions in UX design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments will be beneficial.
