• Utilize underwriting software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Host training sessions for junior underwriters on best practices and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry with a focus on underwriting
