Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in matching talented candidates with their ideal jobs. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and leverage your network to find the best talent in the market.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for both online and offline campaigns.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and needs.
• Produce high-quality designs that reflect current design trends.
• Provide support in developing branding strategies and guidelines.
• Review and optimize graphics for performance on various channels.
• Document design processes and make improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or a related field
• Previous experience in a design agency is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• UI/UX Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with video editing tools: Experience in creating and editing video content.
