Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to coordinate construction activities. You will interact with clients, manage timelines, handle budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while driving your team towards successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the tendering process and contractor selection.
• Develop and execute project schedules and work plans.
• Lead risk assessment meetings and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project needs are met.
• Manage contract negotiation and procurement processes.
• Ensure effective team performance through training and development initiatives.
• Provide leadership during the construction phase to ensure all objectives are met.
• Implement project tracking and reporting tools for transparency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
