Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to improving health outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Work closely with physicians and specialists to coordinate care.
• Implement infection control protocols in patient care.
• Participate in training and mentorship of junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Advanced training in Critical Care or similar is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting preferred

• Patient Assessment

• Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Registered Nurse License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Trained in Mental Health Nursing: Experience or training in mental health nursing will be an advantage.
