We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on investment strategies and transactions. Your expertise will help us deliver optimal solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights based on market and industry trends.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns on financial analysis techniques.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Engage with clients to understand their investment objectives and constraints.
• Evaluate and recommend investments based on comprehensive financial assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or a similar field
