Job Description

As an Environmental Engineer in Port Elizabeth, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement environmental strategies that promote sustainability. Your role will include conducting assessments and ensuring adherence to environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and evaluations of environmental conditions.
• Facilitate workshops and training on environmental awareness.
• Assist in the development of mitigation strategies for environmental impacts.
• Research and stay updated on environmental trends and policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on environmental matters.
• Support in the preparation of grant applications for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
• Postgraduate qualification in Environmental Engineering or Management is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in environmental projects
