Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will handle daily support requests, manage IT systems, and assist with various projects. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to assist staff in navigating technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on company computers and peripherals.
  • Assist with software installations and updates for employees.
  • Evaluate technical issues to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft Certified Professional are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
