Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for blending and mixing various chemicals according to specified formulas and procedures. The role demands operating complex machinery, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute chemical mixing processes following established protocols.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are operational and compliant with safety standards.
• Monitor blending activities and adjust parameters as necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Document production logs and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Support quality assurance by performing checks and balances.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Assist in training new employees on mixing procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2-5 years in a similar workplace

Technical Skills

• Experience with mixing machinery

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
