Job Description

We are looking for skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to manage and operate machinery efficiently. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing quality products while ensuring the safety and operation of the machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and prepare them for operation.
• Ensure quality control measures are adhered to throughout the production process.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workspace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Continuously monitor output and machine performance.
• Work closely with QC inspectors to rectify any product defects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in relevant machine operation

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Operation
• Preventive Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a similar industry: Experience in manufacturing or production settings is preferred.
• Forklift License: A valid forklift operator's license is advantageous.
