UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive the success of our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user testing sessions to collect feedback.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in UX/UI design.
• Facilitate workshops with teams to drive design thinking.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure cohesive product design.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or similar
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design roles with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Design

Languages

• English: Fluent
