Job Description

In this role as a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a pivotal part in the accuracy and efficiency of our information management. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming data entries in accordance with established protocols.
  • Review and clean data to correct any inconsistencies.
  • Work with team members to achieve shared goals in data management.
  • Compile and summarise data for efficient reporting purposes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist in training new staff on data entry procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional qualifications in IT or administration are a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related administrative fields

Languages
  • English: Fluent
