Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and managing data across multiple platforms. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Input large volumes of data accurately into the system.
  • Conduct regular backups of data to prevent loss.
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather necessary information.
  • Identify and report any data issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Assist in training new employees on data entry processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and tools used in data management.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss data management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12 Qualification
  • Higher certificate in Office Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or data entry roles
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
