Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Healthcare Solutions Inc. in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical impairments or pain. Your role will involve developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and providing education and support to patients for their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physical function and develop interventions for improvement.
• Administer therapeutic modalities to assist with healing.
• Document patient diagnoses and treatments accurately.
• Work alongside medical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences in treatment plans.
• Be proactive in patient follow-up and reassessment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Specialization in sports or orthopedics is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in outpatient physiotherapy

• Rehabilitation Techniques

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Certification in dry needling or acupuncture: Qualified in advanced pain management techniques.
