User Experience Specialist

Job Description

Join us as a User Experience Specialist in Durban. You will focus on understanding user needs, conducting usability testing, and crafting design solutions that improve overall user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews, surveys, and observation.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and design.
• Work with developers to implement visual designs and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to understand user preferences and improve designs accordingly.
• Utilize feedback from usability tests to iteratively enhance UX/UI.
• Document design processes and final outcomes for reference.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI role
