We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports for real-time data monitoring.
• Collaborate with the product team to refine data requirements for new features.
• Evaluate new data sources for integration into existing systems.
• Assist in training junior data analysts on best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or science
