Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chlorine Cells Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain chlor-alkali cells and associated equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe production of chlorine.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electrolysis processes and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate logs of production and equipment performance.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of process equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of new safety protocols.
• Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Matric
• National Certificate in Chemical Operations or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience in a chlorine production environment is advantageous.
