Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
• Create detailed drawings, models, and plans using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present architectural designs to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct research on building materials and sustainable design practices.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or Engineering
• Professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant design roles
