Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with clients to discuss project vision.
• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates.
• Generate 3D models and visualisations to aid in client presentations.
• Review project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Innovate and incorporate sustainable practices in all designs.
• Assist with planning tools and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Conduct quality control checks on all architectural drawings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or Engineering
• Professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant design roles
