Job Description

As a Software Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be crucial in validating our software products. Your expertise in identifying bugs and performance issues will contribute to delivering excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain testing processes.
• Draft and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
• Assist in defining quality metrics for software performance.
• Conduct performance testing to assess application behavior under load.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ISTQB Certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools (Selenium, TestNG)
• Performance Testing Tools (JMeter)

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development practices and Scrum framework.
