Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Job Description

In this role, the Cloud Engineer (AWS) will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute cloud initiatives and optimize existing systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our cloud infrastructure is secure, efficient, and scalable, reflecting our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable cloud-based environments on AWS.
• Optimize cloud resources to maximize performance and reduce costs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption.
• Implement disaster recovery solutions and ensure high availability.
• Manage access control and permissions for cloud services.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Mentor junior team members in cloud technologies and best practices.
• Participate in planning and executing ongoing cloud projects.
• Conduct training sessions for teams on AWS services and tools.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cloud Computing or related field is preferred
• AWS-related certifications strongly recommended

Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing AWS-based environments

• Docker

Certifications

• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
