Job Description

As a Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining furnaces used in the production process. Your role entails monitoring temperatures and ensuring optimal performance while performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operational parameters of the furnace.
• Implement maintenance schedules to ensure maximal furnace uptime.
• Record and report production metrics to supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety practices within the work area.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following 5S principles.
• Assist in process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights on operational performance.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Assist management in identifying training needs for the operation team.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment integrity and safety.
