Job Description

We are seeking a Biotech Product Manager to lead product strategy and lifecycle management for our innovative biotechnology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotech product development, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success from conception to market launch.

Responsibilities

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Facilitate training for sales and marketing teams on product features and benefits.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights for product improvements.
  • Manage budgets related to product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including product brochures and presentations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
  • MBA or further qualifications in product management are preferred

  • 5+ years in product management or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry
