Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous IT Administrator to oversee our IT operations in Port Elizabeth. This role involves managing system configurations, software installations, and providing technical support to staff. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations and staff support.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and audits.
  • Coordinate with teams to identify and solve issues promptly.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Support user training and onboarding for new technologies.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.
  • Engage with external IT services to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Manage technical documentation and workflow improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support role
