Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements.
• Review and analyze business unit performance and budgets.
• Develop presentations to communicate financial results to stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial data and propose solutions.
• Enhance reporting processes through automation and technology.
• Support management in strategic planning and risk assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling

• CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
