Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and lead our technology projects in Port Shepstone. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be comfortable managing teams and resources, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and project resources effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and requirements.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop strategies to address issues.
• Manage budget constraints and resource allocation.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged.
• Evaluate project outcomes and gather lessons learned to improve future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development or technology sectors
