Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and lead our technology projects in Port Shepstone. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be comfortable managing teams and resources, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for IT solutions.
• Engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycle to gather feedback.
• Align project deliverables with client and business goals.
• Utilize project management software to track progress.
• Organize project kick-off and closure meetings.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies.
• Review and approve changes to project scope and deliverables as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are in place throughout project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development or technology sectors
