Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, performing regular health assessments, and delivering education on health management.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat diverse medical conditions across patients of all ages.
  • Engage in community outreach for health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Utilize electronic health records to improve patient management.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct necessary medical examinations and tests.
  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Participate in continuing medical education to enhance skills.
  • Support patients in managing chronic diseases effectively.
  • Promote a culture of empathy and respect within the practice.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
  • Additional training in emergency medicine is beneficial
Experience
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a general practice setting
