Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth team. The right candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems and networks. You will be crucial in safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced security controls and encryption technologies.
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Engage with external security vendors and partners.
• Review and update security policies based on evolving threats.
• Lead a team of junior cybersecurity analysts.
• Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management roles
