Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate event logistics including transportation and accommodations.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for catering, decor, and entertainment.
• Track and report on event attendance and engagement metrics.
• Develop creative concepts and themes for events.
• Manage event marketing efforts through social media and local advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design event layouts and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality

Languages

• English: Fluent
