Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Feeder and Offbearer to ensure that all products meet the specified weight requirements. You will weigh and record product data accurately, playing a crucial role in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain scales used for weighing materials and products.
• Ensure accurate weighing and reporting of product weights.
• Communicate with transport and logistics teams to ensure proper loading and unloading.
• Record and maintain accurate records of product weights and shipments.
• Assist in coordinating warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience using weighing scales
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a food production environment: Knowledgeable about handling and weighing food products.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines: Capable of managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
