Job Description

We're on the lookout for a savvy SEO Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that will enhance our online visibility and drive traffic to our website. You should have a solid understanding of search engine algorithms and be skilled in using analytics tools to assess performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy development for client websites.
• Analyze and report on key SEO metrics to stakeholders.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels for conversion.
• Assist in the creation of effective link-building strategies.
• Maintain an understanding of trends and best practices in SEO.
• Provide training and advice to junior SEO team members.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Support broader digital marketing efforts by integrating SEO with PPC and social media strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree preferred but not required

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO with a solid understanding of online marketing principles
