Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of corporate and social events.
  • Work closely with clients to develop event concepts and themes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of events and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Oversee logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and catering.
  • Engage in market research to identify trends in the event industry.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and vendor agreements.
  • Train and supervise event staff and volunteers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop marketing strategies to enhance event visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality roles
