Join our team as a Tax Consultant in Pretoria, where you will play a crucial role in advising clients on tax compliance and strategy. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns, conducting reviews, and providing insights to help clients navigate their tax obligations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client financial data to determine tax obligations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies for clients in various industries.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on tax matters for client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and share insights with clients.
• Train and mentor junior staff in tax processes and compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance tax knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• Master's degree or additional qualifications in taxation preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting or accounting

Technical Skills

• Tax Law Knowledge
• Accounting Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Client Relationship Management
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
