Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Retail Floor Lead in Cape Town who is passionate about enhancing customer experiences while driving sales. In this role, you will manage daily operations on the retail floor, lead the team, and ensure that our store meets its sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handle operational duties such as scheduling and delegation.
• Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
• Provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills.
• Ensure all products are displayed according to company standards.
• Analyze sales metrics and propose improvements.
• Address customer complaints and feedback proactively.
• Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns.
• Assist the Store Manager in strategic planning.
• Help maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma required
• Further education in Business or Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in retail management or supervisory role

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Intermediate
