UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to enhance our team's capabilities in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for understanding user needs through research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate designs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in design.
• Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and layouts.
• Establish user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to make informed design improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform design strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Interaction Design
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Sketch
• Usability Testing

Certifications

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Certified Interaction Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to enhance project delivery.
• Experience with HTML/CSS skills is a plus: Ability to implement designs using HTML and CSS.
