Environmental Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Environmental Engineer to join our team in Durban. This position focuses on developing sustainable practices and solutions to address environmental challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and engineering principles, along with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on environmental initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality control in environmental matters.
• Conduct field investigations and inspections.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Foster relationships with community stakeholders concerning environmental concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental engineering or related areas

Languages

• English: Fluent
